A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Eve! I’m a Christian speaker, life coach, and the woman behind Living in His Purpose Ministries.

I’ve walked through seasons when I loved God, trusted Him, and still struggled to understand what He was doing in my life. I’ve questioned who I was, what came next, and whether I was really living the life He had for me.

I know, that probably sounds like something you’ve read on a hundred Christian websites. But here’s the thing. It’s true. And it wasn’t until I started really getting to know God, not just what I thought I knew about Him, that things began to change.

I’m still learning. Still practicing. And that’s why I love helping women take what they know about God and actually live it in the middle of their everyday, sometimes messy lives.

More Than Knowing the Truth

For a long time, I thought knowing God and knowing about God were pretty much the same thing. I knew Scripture. I believed what the Bible said. I loved Jesus.

But when life got difficult, I realized something. Knowing what’s true and actually living from that truth aren’t always the same thing.

I could tell you God loved me, but did I really live like I believed it?

My identity was supposed to be found in Christ. Yet I still struggled with what other people thought of me. My past and my expectations for life still influenced how I saw myself.

When things didn’t turn out the way I expected, I had questions. And those questions weren’t just about my circumstances. They were about God Himself.

Who was He when my prayers weren’t answered the way I hoped? Could I trust Him when I didn’t understand what He was doing? What did surrendering my life to Him actually look like?

Another Bible study or inspirational quote wasn’t going to answer those questions. Neither was trying harder to be a better Christian.

I needed to get to know God differently. I needed to understand His character and recognize the thoughts and beliefs keeping me stuck.

Most importantly, I needed to start practicing what Scripture said in the middle of real life.

And here’s what I’ve learned: Knowing the truth doesn’t automatically mean we’re living in the freedom that truth offers.

Why This Ministry Exists

That’s a big part of why Living in His Purpose Ministries exists.

I meet women who genuinely love God. They serve their families, their churches, and their communities. They know Scripture. They’re doing their best to be faithful.

But somewhere along the way, they’ve become exhausted or discouraged. Some are unsure of themselves. Others worry they’re missing whatever purpose God has for their lives.

And I understand that.

Through speaking, teaching, coaching, retreats, and the Living in His Purpose podcast, I want to help women connect what they believe with how they live.

We talk about identity, renewing our minds, understanding God’s love, and recognizing what keeps us stuck.

But we don’t stop at talking about it.

We work through what those truths look like in everyday situations. That includes our relationships, decisions, disappointments, and even the way we talk to ourselves.

Because knowing what Scripture says is one thing. Learning to live it when life gets complicated is another.

It’s a Practice, Not a Checklist

I don’t believe spiritual growth is another checklist we need to complete.

It’s a practice.

We learn. We try. Sometimes we stumble. Then we return to what is true and keep growing.

Some days that looks like a big step of faith. Other days, it’s simply recognizing an old thought and choosing not to let it make our decisions anymore.

And there’s grace in that process.

I’m still learning these lessons myself. I don’t stand in front of women because I’ve figured everything out.

I share because I’ve experienced what happens when we begin bringing God’s Word into the ordinary moments of our lives.

My hope is that women leave an event, a conversation, or a podcast episode knowing God a little better.

I want them to understand themselves more clearly and carry something practical they can begin using that very day.

Because living God’s purpose isn’t just about discovering what He wants us to do someday.

It’s about learning to walk with Him in the life we’re living right now.
